Final Tax Bill Impacts on Employers and 2018 Benefits Planning

Session Description

The new year is upon us, and there’s plenty for HR professionals to keep up on, as always!

At the time of the publication of this event, the final version of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) was well on its way to passage and becoming law. This major tax overhaul will have an enormous impact on employers, as well as your employees. During this webinar, we’ll  discuss in depth the key areas of the new tax law that impact employers, including specifically your benefits.

But the TCJA isn’t the only factor that will impact you and your benefits in 2018. We will recap any outstanding healthcare bills such as CHIP funding and efforts to repeal or change parts of the ACA, as well as the major changes made by executive order or administrative guidance. We'll also cover any specific compliance issues you must take into account in 2018.Join us for an informative discussion!
