Shana is the assistant director of associate development and a master trainer at Emergenetics International. Shana conducts Emergenetics certification classes, delivers workshops for client organizations, coaches associates and serves on the content development team. Shana has delivered presentations at the Emergenetics Brain Summit and led workshops for diverse organizations, such as the Colorado Bar Association, Darden Restaurants, Webroot and the University of Maryland Medical System, which had more than 200 attendees.
Prior to her work with Emergenetics, Shana worked in several leadership roles in the non-profit, higher education and healthcare industries. Shana graduated Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Colorado State University with degrees in psychology and Spanish. She holds a Master of Science in management in organizational training and development from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.

I will reveal three tips that emerging HR leaders can use to address intent-impact within their organizations, support a more emotionally intelligent workforce and build a more positive culture.
