SESSION DESCRIPTION:

Employee Value Proposition

An Employee Value Proposition is an employee-centric approach that helps employers articulate all they offer. Most simply put, an EVP is everything an employer makes available to their workforce in exchange for what the workforce contributes to the organization. Regardless of whether it has been defined or applied – every company has an EVP, but is the company using that EVP to support business and HR initiatives?

A great EVP resides within the hearts and minds of your workforce, customers and community. It helps to attract, engage and retain talent, develops a competitive advantage, generates appeal across employee groups and creates line of sight to the culture.

This presentation lays the ground work and provide steps and tools to develop an effective EVP within your organization.

Engage. Educate. Empower.
