Invisible Risks: Managing Mental Health Problems in the Workplace

Session Description

Invisible Risks: Managing Mental Health Problems in the Workplace.  Managing medical conditions in the workplace is hard. Managing conditions you cannot see (and may not fully understand) can be harder.  This session will focus on the legal issues surrounding mental illness in the workplace, including a review of the legislative and regulatory environment for proposed changes and their potential impact on employers, with consideration of how to take proactive steps to support, modify, or oppose the proposed changes.
