Coaching Strategies that Enhance Leadership Culture

PDG Track:  Leadership (Leadership & Navigation, Ethical Practice)

This event if limited to 40 attendees.

Session Description

The benefits of coaching are widely touted. Yet exactly what coaching is and how it’s done is often murky at best. In this session, we’ll explore the coaching framework, why it’s powerful, when it’s best used, and how the tools support leadership efforts. Through interactive case studies, you’ll see how to integrate practical strategies to enhance your organization's leadership goals.
