Stephanie Stano

Stephanie Stano has spent over 20 years in financial and retirement plan consulting. Her primary role is to provide comprehensive consulting services for all aspects of her clients’ retirement plans, including plan design, market reviews, fee benchmarking, merger and acquisition due diligence, employee communications, wealth management, and compliance support. Her customized approach allows her team to focus on clients’ and participants’ overall satisfaction, employee retirement readiness, and mitigation of risk for the employer. Through her experience, she brings a broad knowledge and insight into managing vendor relationships, most recently supporting plans in the mid to large market segment. Stephanie supports clients with issues related to investments, plan operation, plan administrative services, employee education, one-on-one assistance, and compliance assistance with her specialized team. She also provides education to employers to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities as fiduciaries to their plans. Stephanie is passionate about enhancing retirement plans and offers a total commitment to her clients, as illustrated by her 98% client retention rate over the past eight years. Stephanie is FINRA Series 7 licensed and NASAA Series 66 licensed, maintains her Life and Health insurance license, and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation, Certified Health Savings Advisor, and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor.
Stephanie was recognized nationally by the National Association of Plan Advisors “NAPA” as a top advisor for retirement plan consultants under 40 in 2015. She was the only person in Colorado and one of only four women in the country to win this award. NAPA also recognized Stephanie as one of the top female advisors in the retirement industry. In 2016, 5280 Magazine featured her in an issue recognizing top female advisors in Colorado.  And in 2017, ColoradoBiz Magazine recognized Ms. Stano as a Top Women in Wealth FiveStar Professional in the July/August issue of  Top 100 Women-Owned Businesses in Colorado. In 2017 she was awarded top woman advisor in the country and currently is being considered by Forbes magazine for articles on women in the retirement industry. In 2018 and 2019, Stephanie once again won the prestigious award as Top Women Retirement Advisor.
