Legal Update- FAMLI and HWFA Overview

Sponsored by:

Session Description

This presentation will provide a comprehensive overview of Colorado’s Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) and the Healthy Workplaces Act (HWFA). FAMLI supports employees by offering wage replacement during family or medical leave. The HWFA aims to enhance employee well-being by providing paid leave for various health-related and caregiving needs, fostering a healthier work environment. This session will cover the key provisions of each law, practical compliance strategies, and how to implement these regulations effectively within your organization to support both employee needs and legal requirements.
