SESSION DESCRIPTION:

Intent-Impact: The Unseen Gap Affecting Your Workforce

We can likely all imagine a scenario where something we said, did or emailed did not land the way we had hoped it would. Most of us are always moving a mile a minute, and it can be challenging to pause to think the intent of your actions, the potential impact on others and the likely gap in between.    In this SPARK talk, I will explore the Intent-Impact gap, define what it is and share its notable effect on teamwork. I will reveal three tips that emerging HR leaders can use to address intent-impact within their organizations, support a more emotionally intelligent workforce and build a more positive culture.

Engage. Educate. Empower.
