Cultivate Your Communication Skills to Become a Stronger Business Partner

Co-Presented with Tamara Dixon
This seminar is about change, awareness of internal and external barriers and how to triumph above them. Women hold just 20 percent of seats in parliaments globally. Women became 50 percent of the college graduates in the early 1980s. A meager 21 of the Fortune 500 CEOs are women. Women hold about 14 percent of executive officer positions, 17 percent of board seats, and constitute 18 percent of our elected congressional officials. Girls are increasingly outperforming boys in the classroom, earning 57 percent of undergraduate degrees in the United States and girls graduate with higher GPAs.
