Amy Packer is an organization development consultant and executive coach with over 15 years of experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication and certificates in Instructional Design and Organization Development. Amy’s services include: executive coaching, team and leadership development, culture and change management, and facilitation. Amy is a Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and a Certified Executive Coach. In addition, Amy is a certified facilitator for Appreciative Inquiry, Achieve Global curriculum, and the Vail Leadership Institute’s Inside First curriculum. She is qualified in the Center for Creative Leadership 360-degree assessments and the Myers Briggs personality inventory. Amy uses a strengths-based approach in working with clients to build the skills they need to work together most effectively and ultimately achieve extraordinary results. Her passion is helping to bring out the best in organizations and their people by building on the strengths that already exist.
