Jill’s in-depth real estate market education allows homebuyers to understand what they can afford in different parts of Denver and the surrounding areas. She is committed to social equity and her industry expertise has assisted minorities with finding the right programs to fund their dream homes. Over the last 10 years, Jill has won over hundreds of clients with her honest, trustworthy approach to buying and selling their properties. Jill is also very passionate about giving back to the community through charity work. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Girls Inc of Metro Denver, carrying out their mission of inspiring girls to be smart, strong, and bold.

Lolita DukundaneLolita Dukundane is an expert in consumer and commercial lending and has extensive experience in all areas of bank management, ensuring she can assist her clients with any financial need, especially First-Time Homebuyers. She moved to the United States after receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Universite Catholique de l’Ouest in Angers, France. Lolita’s passion for learning and finance led her to pursue dual degrees in Master Business Administration and Master of Science in Finance, Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Colorado, Denver. After graduating, she started working at FirstBank and currently serves as a loan officer and Assistant Vice President for the company. Her desire for helping people is also demonstrated through her volunteer work with different organizations.
