Rob Johnson, Senior Vice PresidentRob Johnson has been working closely with the Mile High SHRM Board of Directors since 2012 when Etherio (previously Meeting Expectations) was hired to manage the association. He oversees day-to-day operations of the Denver division of Etherio and serves as Executive Director of Mile High SHRM. Rob is tenacious, giving, and his work ethic puts everyone else to shame. In his free time, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife Kari and their three sons, cheering on the Denver Broncos, and planning motor sports events.

Kim O'Shea, Executive DirectorKim O’Shea, our new Association Executive Director, brings more than 30 years of experience in association management. Her career has included leadership roles with the regional affordable housing association and a society of elite hand surgeons, as well as service on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Society of Association Executives, where she held the role of Secretary/Treasurer. Kim is passionate about people and is eager to collaborate with you in advancing your professional goals.

Bailey Schmidt, Association ManagerBailey Schmidt recently joined Mile High SHRM as Association Manager. She brings a background in project management for large-scale government e-learning initiatives, where she led cross-functional teams and coordinated complex projects. A Colorado resident since 2008, Bailey is excited to support member engagement, programming, and community growth while building strong connections with members. |
