Meeting Expectations Management Team
Rob Johnson, Executive Director
Rob Johnson has been working closely with the Mile High SHRM Board of Directors since 2012 when Meeting Expectations was hired to manage the association. He works with Mile High SHRM, Colorado SHRM, the Women’s Forum of Colorado and the International Practice Management Association. He oversees day-to-day operations of the Denver division of Meeting Expectations and serves as Executive Director of Mile High SHRM and Colorado SHRM. Rob is tenacious, giving, and his work ethic puts everyone else to shame. In his free time, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife Kari and their three sons, cheering on the Denver Broncos, and planning motor sports events.
Pamela Lehman, Association Senior Manager
Pam joined the Mile High SHRM management team in April 2017. She brings valuable knowledge to her role as Senior Manager from her previous experience working for the Superior Chamber of Commerce. Pam manages Mile High SHRM’s budget and financial planning, oversees the sale of sponsorships, supervises event planning and program development. She’s assertive, energetic, and keeps the team motivated with her positive attitude. Pam loves spending time with her husband and three children and finding new restaurants to try in Denver.
Jessica Magley, Association Manager
Jessica Magley, a Colorado native, recently began working for Mile High SHRM in September 2019 as the Association Manager. She assists Pamela Lehman in managing Mile High SHRM. Jessica has an extensive knowledge of event coordinating and planning from her background in Recreation Management. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Whether it’s hitting the slopes to snowboard or catching a flight to travel; Jessica is always up for an adventure.
