Want to give back to the HR community by sharing your experience and knowledge with our Emerging Leaders? The Mile High SHRM Mentor Program is for you! It’s a well-documented fact that one-on-one mentoring leads to increased job satisfaction, achievement of goals, and stronger networks. Mentors, gain increased self-awareness, leadership abilities, and interpersonal communication. About the Mentor Program:We aim to build a six-month long relationship between the mentor and the mentee, starting in January 2025.

Suggested Mentor Qualifications:Please note that these are suggested guidelines. We will not conduct interviews or other strict screening procedures for the mentors.
