Testimonials:

"The relationship is ongoing - at least through the end of 2023. My mentee is very open minded and willing to share where she needs additional support. I believe we have developed a rapport that makes our discussions pleasant and productive."

- Mentor

"I get self conscious about my path into HR and my lack of formal education and sometimes think that I might not be a good mentor to someone, but after going through the mentor program I think I'm ready to mentor someone who's new to HR. My mentor has made me realize that I'm at a good spot in my career where my experience knowledge might be helpful for others."

- Mentee

"My organization has been going through a lot of change and his advice on how to handle the change myself has been wonderful. He's made me see things from a different perspective and that has helped me coach my leadership team on the impact of change."
