The Mile High SHRM Workforce Readiness Grant is designed to support local nonprofits and state-funded universities in the Denver metro area that align with our mission to enhance workforce development. Each year, we provide up to $3,500 in grant funding, professional volunteer support, and promotional opportunities to an organization dedicated to workforce education, economic development, self-sufficiency, or poverty reduction.
