My Career Accelerator Program (MCAP)Sponsored by: MCAP was designed for HR professionals by HR professionals to help bridge the gap that exists when they prepare to transition from one level to the next. This cohort-based program integrates group learning, executive and peer-coaching, experiential learning activities with a strong emphasis on personal development and self-awareness.
