MCAP was meticulously crafted by HR professionals for HR professionals to help bridge the gap that exists when preparing to transition from one level to the next. The cohort-based program integrates group learning, executive and peer coaching, and experiential learning activities with a strong emphasis on personal development and self-awareness.
