Jessica Connolly is a talent acquisition specialist for Denver Public Schools. She completed a double major bachelor's degree in history and psychology and her master’s in organizational leadership from University of Colorado in Boulder. She worked in Dallas for a few years before returning to Colorado and is ecstatic to be able to work in education by recruiting the best teachers possible for Colorado’s largest and most diverse school district. She has a large extended family and is proud to be able to see her three young nieces grow into wonderful people. 

 

 

Layce Holt is currently a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for The City and County of Denver. She moved to Colorado after graduating with a degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse. Her passion lies in empathetically connecting with individuals, understanding their interests and skills, and empowering them towards their aspirations. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, reading, volunteering and is learning to speak Arabic. 

 

 

 

Madison Lord holds a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University, and completed her PHR.  She joined Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design in January 2023 as the Human Resources Business Partner. She has over 10 years of experience in the HR field, specializing in strategic workforce planning and development, talent management, onboarding and benefits, and employee relations and culture.  Madi is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, while equipping faculty and staff with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a higher education environment. She enjoys spending time with her cat, Lunchbox, as well as being active doing yoga and focusing on her fitness and wellness goals.

 

Anne Petrucci, SHRM-CP, has twenty years of nonprofit experience and entered the HR field in 2021. She works as People Operation and Administrative Manager at Brent's Place as an HR generalist. She is experienced in benefits, talent management, compliance, and employee relations, engagement and retention. Outside of the office, she stays busy with her husband of 34 years, her two adult children and is a two-time Ironman Finisher.

 

 

 

Chelsea Roldan, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, has eight years of HR experience and is currently working as a People Business Partner for Safelite Autoglass, where she provides multi-unit support in the realms of associate engagement/retention, associate relations, talent assessment/development, and supporting leaders in creating environments where associates feel empowered to succeed. She graduated with her B.A. in Communication from the University of Colorado Denver in 2019, and she has served previously on the MHSHRM Board of Directors & Special Olympics Young Professionals Board. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and going to the mountains with her husband and their three dogs.

 

Christine Weber is the Senior HR Generalist for Avvale Inc. Experienced in benefits management, compliance, and employee relations. She is passionate about optimizing HR processes to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational success. Outside of work Christine is passionate about honing her skills in partnered swing dancing and enjoying the mountains with her dog.
