Senior HR Leader Peer Group

Our 2026 program, tailored for HR leadership including Directors, CHROs, and VPs, offers a unique blend of peer collaboration, expert insights, and personalized coaching. Limited to a select group of up to 12 participants, this initiative fosters a tight-knit community for sharing diverse experiences and forming lasting professional relationships.

Monthly Meetings

Join us on Wednesdays from 4-6 PM on May 20th, June 17th, July 15th,  August 19th, September 16th, October 21st, and November 18th for interactive sessions that blend in-person and virtual formats to accommodate your busy schedule. In person sessions will take place in Centennial. There will be extra time after each in-person session for those who want to stay longer and continue the conversation. December meeting and wrap up celebration TBD.

Customized Coaching

Receive three one-on-one coaching sessions with executive coaches to deepen your leadership capabilities and make measurable progress towards your goals.
