Kelly Bockert brings a decade of leadership experience as an HR Manager at the Denver Zoo, where she has cultivated a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and growth. Driven by a passion for conservation and employee engagement, Kelly has successfully led both staff and volunteer teams committed to advancing the zoo’s mission while fostering a positive and productive work environment. She excels at aligning human resources practices with the zoo’s core values, championing initiatives that empower employees and volunteers and support sustainable conservation efforts.

Justin Field is the Senior HR Business Partner at Unanet, where he oversees a wide range of programs and processes, including employee relations and manager development. Justin is dedicated to helping Unanet achieve its vision by collaborating closely with leaders across the organization. With a career that spans founder-led technology companies, private equity and venture capital-backed firms, and post-acquisition integration with a Fortune 100 company, Justin brings extensive experience across diverse industries. His background includes roles in B2B and B2C SaaS companies, as well as in entertainment and medical financing, all of which have contributed to his ability to cultivate high-performing workplace cultures. Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver, the SPHR certification from HRCI, and is a certified Working Genius facilitator.

Micah Frank recently graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Organizational Leadership. With a proven track record of building high-performing teams, Micah is excited to apply his management experience to a variety of fields, from hospitality to health care. She lives in Erie, Colorado, with his family and enjoys taking advantage of the state’s abundant outdoor activities.

Amanda Lopez currently works for Richard Sandoval Hospitality, where she began as an Executive Assistant nearly four years ago and has since expanded her role to include oversight of the HR department. Over the past two to three years, Amanda has gained in-depth expertise in benefits administration and insurance while leading the transition away from a PEO system. She manages HR matters for employees across multiple states and leverages her background as a culinary school graduate and her extensive experience in hospitality—a field that increasingly values strong HR practices.

Monica Montemayor, originally from Texas, has called Colorado home for the past three years. With over eight years of experience in human resources, Monica has worked across a wide range of functions, including recruiting, coordination, benefits administration, HR management, and currently serves as a Senior Business Partner. She recently earned her HR certification to further enhance her knowledge and skills. As a first-generation Mexican American, Monica brings a unique perspective to her role, actively fostering diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. She is passionate about HR because it allows her to shape initiatives and programs that support employee engagement, growth, and organizational success from behind the scenes.

Jennifer Sherman began her career in accounting with a focus on payroll management. Her expertise in this area led to close collaboration with Human Resources, eventually resulting in promotions to HR positions in her last three roles. Jennifer currently serves as the HR Manager for a manufacturing company, where she has been a valued team member for over ten years.

Toni Wallace brings a decade of experience in Human Resources, with a strong foundation in talent and organizational development and a passion for all facets of HR. Throughout her career, Toni has partnered with leaders to design and implement programs that enhance leadership capabilities, foster employee engagement, and drive organizational growth. She has a particular interest in talent development and employee performance, successfully leading initiatives that cultivate high-performing teams through targeted training, coaching, and mentorship. Her expertise also spans recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits, enabling Toni to take a holistic approach to HR strategy. Toni thrives in environments that challenge her to learn and grow while making a positive impact on business success. She is deeply committed to creating inclusive workplaces where both individuals and teams can excel and is excited to contribute to organizational success through innovative HR solutions.
