Session Description

As remote work unlocks access to talent across borders, HR leaders are tasked with creating inclusive, high-performance teams that span time zones, languages, and cultures. But how do we do that ethically, strategically, and in alignment with our organization’s values?


This interactive session is led by David Nilssen, cofounder and CEO of DOXA Talent, a firm recognized for building ethical, high-performing offshore teams. Drawing on real-world experience, participants will learn how to design and implement an ethical global talent strategy that prioritizes people, cultural integration while reducing corporate risk.

David Nilssen is the CEO of DOXA Talent, a global staffing company that helps businesses build high-performing, borderless teams by tapping into top talent from around the world.
