Session Description

With the recent waves of anti-discrimination protests that have rocked the U.S., companies are scrambling to address the undercurrent of deep-seated emotions about workplace mistreatments. Leaders are forming anti-discrimination task forces and cultural diversity groups to spearhead internal changes. Resolving discrimination in the workplace is highly complex. It needs more than celebrating diversity. Find out how you can set-up a viable and executable anti-discrimination program for your workforce.

Takeaways:
 • Addressing anti-discrimination is long-haul. If done right, it can generate business growth.
 • Perceptions of income disparity affect perceptions of unfairness and inequities at work.
 • Successful implementation of a program requires transformation and leadership drive at all levels.
 • Measuring business success from a culture of non-discrimination is crucial to sustaining diversity and harmony at the workplace.
