HR's Seat at the Leadership Table

Join us for this half day Quarterly Education Event with topics on HR’s Seat at the Leadership Table.  This event gives you the opportunity to earn multiple credits themed around HR’s business value and network with your peers afterward at our Social Networking Hour.  Join us afterward for refreshments and to make new friends and connect with other Denver HR leaders. 

Speakers

Chris Mullen will share Strategic HR: Practically Speaking Scorecards with attendees who will hear examples from real companies that put tactical HR scorecards in place.  Attendees will take away templates to build strategic dashboards to tie their business objectives and HR efforts together and prove the value of HR to their companies.

Terry Rubin and Kurt MacDonald will guide attendees through an interactive workshop on Leadership Communication: Persuasive Storytelling.  This session will prepare attendees to plan, create, and execute their own business storytelling methods for results up to 22 times more effective than traditional communication. 

John Gies will present Communicating for the Bottom Line and attendees will learn the four keys to communicating with more power, influence, and impact.   Participants will leave prepared to deliver a powerful feedback conversation along with other tools.
