Gender equality in the workplace continues to be an obligation for employers but more hopefully and more importantly, a deliberate and ongoing process. Have we made any progress in the last decade for equal pay, rights, respect, and responsibilities to close the gender gap? Our panel will address their personal experiences and perspective while we cover practical solutions and touch on employer's legal obligations to develop a safe, fair, equal working environment in the modern workplace.

Kelly Robinson

Kelly Robinson guides her clients at every stage of family life, from premarital agreements through post-divorce parenting disputes. With extensive jury and court trial experience, Kelly is skilled at formulating strong, convincing arguments on her clients’ behalf. Her deep employment law knowledge enables her to accurately assess the value of companies, their assets, business contracts, employment benefits, stock agreements and other interests. After over 15 years at a Denver-based large regional law firm, Kelly recently founded her own practice to ensure she could provide her clients the best and most personalized services possible. Kelly's focus is on putting families first, litigation avoidance, achieving favorable resolution, and the opportunity for her clients to move forward positively in life.


Faith Schaberg

Accounting team at Legacy Salo. She was hired to build the Denver and West markets.
