SESSION DESCRIPTION

Are you interested in building a NextGen workplace that asks more questions, challenges the status quo, and transforms organizational values into action?  This session will provide HR professionals with a toolkit to create a winning NextGen culture for the future.  Curiosity is not just vital to attracting and retaining top talent, the NextGen workplace requires curiosity to achieve its vision.  Join us as we make the business case for curiosity and its impact on organizational innovation and flexibility; as well as, the direct impact curiosity plays on the success of change initiatives.  We’ll help HR leaders identify their workplace curiosity quotient, help them break down barriers to curiosity, and show them how to improve their culture through increased curiosity. 

BIO

Anne McCord has dedicated her career to building transformational work cultures that drive business results.  She has over 20 years of executive-level Human Resources experience in the high tech, start up, and non-profit worlds, and brings a client-centered vantage point to the ILG team.  Anne heads up ILG’s Strategic Services, driving cultural transformation and building concrete tools and mitigation strategies for the most difficult people-challenges companies face.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
