Thinking Outside the Box for Retaining Talent

Part 3 of 3-part series

Session Description

The world has been in a state of turmoil for the past three years, leaving organizations with challenges in attracting and retaining talent. In this three-part series, we’ll brainstorm ways to help each other with expert panels for each part.

In part three, our panelists will discuss:

  1. The importance of strong leadership within the organization and how the organization is helping leaders to be engaged.
  2. Strategies organizations employ post-pandemic to retain talent and whether these work.
  3. What role, if any, DE&I plays in attracting and retaining talent at the organization?
