Bonnie Davis Bonnie Davis is a Speaker, Executive Coach, Culture Consultant, and co-owner of HuWork. She helps organizations create more human-centric workplaces by fostering empathy and authenticity, which drive productivity and innovation. With over 20 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and academia, Bonnie revitalizes workplace culture, develops leaders, and enhances team collaboration through workshops, consulting, and coaching. She is also part of the coaching faculty at The Marcus Buckingham Company. Bonnie holds advanced degrees and multiple certifications in organizational psychology, leadership, and coaching. Steven Eheart Steven is a former HR director turned attorney who provides practical counsel to clients in employment law matters. He advises on issues such as discrimination, discipline, terminations, and compliance with California's PAGA statute. With experience in litigation and risk management, Steven helps clients prevent and resolve disputes, offering guidance on employment policies, contracts, and employee misconduct.
