Kaye Lynne Martin, SPHR, has over 18 years of progressive experience in Human Resources. She is a dynamic leader and strategic advisor known for transforming workplace culture, strengthening employee relations, and driving innovative HR solutions. As the Founder, CEO and Principal Consultant of Serenity HR Services, she brings a passion for people-centered strategy and a sharp eye for organizational improvement to every client engagement.

Throughout her career, Kaye Lynne has built a reputation as a trusted partner for small and mid-sized businesses, helping them navigate complex employee issues, develop compliant and compassionate HR practices, and create high-performing work environments. She has led numerous large-scale investigations, mediated sensitive employee disputes, and designed proactive policies that promote transparency, equity, and accountability.
