Catherine is an experienced employment litigator, representing employers in California and Colorado in all aspects of employment law, including litigation, arbitration, and workplace investigations. She has deep expertise in wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and trade secret cases. Catherine also has in-house counsel experience and specialized knowledge of the upcoming Colorado AI Act. She partners with employers on proactive HR strategies, compliance, and training. Catherine holds a B.A. from UC Santa Barbara (2007) and a J.D. from the University of San Diego (2012).
