Catherine Gallagher

Catherine represents employers in a broad range of employment matters in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. She focuses on defending employers against wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and has successfully handled trade secret misappropriation cases. With experience as both first and second chair in trials and hearings, Catherine also advises employers on issues like employee discipline, terminations, wage and hour compliance, and workplace accommodations. She previously served as Assistant General Counsel for a global gaming company and earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego in 2012.
