Ali Brodie

Ali is Co-Chair of both the Immigration and EB-5 Immigrant Investor Services practices, where she advises companies, investors, and entrepreneurs on business immigration, employer compliance, and visa matters—including I-9, E-Verify, and federal verification laws. She regularly trains employers across the U.S., provides guidance to startups and established firms, and has a special focus on industries such as hospitality, construction, and gaming. Ali also handles a wide range of visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, EB-5, and others, and is recognized for her expertise in navigating complex immigration compliance challenges.

Before joining Fox Rothschild, Ali held leadership roles at prominent law firms and founded her own practice. She is active with the Anti-Defamation League, a member of several bar associations, and speaks Spanish. Recognized by Chambers USA and honored with multiple legal awards, Ali is known for her commitment to the immigration field and her service to legal and advocacy organizations.
