Cl Lisa Parry CP

Lisa Parry is a PK–12 principal, curriculum director, and longtime educator who has spent more than three decades studying how people learn, work, and lead. She partners with the South Dakota Department of Education to design and facilitate statewide teacher mentoring and principal development programs, and she teaches graduate leadership courses for the University of Sioux Falls. As a speaker and coach, Lisa focuses on practical communication, conflict resolution, burnout prevention, and the everyday moments that shape culture and retention.
