BIO

Bill C. Berger, Esq., has represented employers on labor and employment law matters for almost 30 years.  Bill is an attorney with L2S Legal, LLC, a law firm that partners with clients to provide labor and employment law representation generally on a fixed monthly fee.  Since 1991, Bill's practice has focused on labor and employment law.  Bill has represented clients in multiple jury trials, court trials, administrative actions before the EEOC, DOL, NLRB, OFCCP, DOD-IG, and other agencies.  Bill is a frequent legal commentator on 850 KOA, penned a long-running column in the Denver Business Journal, and is a frequent author and speaker on labor and employment issues.
