Hope Pruett Hope is an award-winning leader in technology and innovation, currently serving as the HRIS Manager for the City of Loveland. With a 13-year career in non-profits, federal contractors, and local governments, she has consistently helped her teams embrace technology and efficiency. Known for her collaborative leadership style and project management skills, Hope has supported the implementation of over two dozen software applications. She emphasizes compassionate, impact-driven change management by engaging stakeholders and providing meaningful IT solutions. Hope received the City of Loveland's Shining Star Award for Innovation in 2019 and 2021. Trained in Servant-Leadership, she has managed large teams and participated in various leadership programs. In her first year as HRIS Manager, she implemented multiple systems and automated processes while leading her team and supporting IT projects.
