Prior roles include Intelligent Automaton leader for Northern Europe (Accenture & Deloitte), GE executive, author and entrepreneur. He is a graduate of the US Naval Academy and the London Business School. 
Josh Gibbs Josh Gibbs has earned an MS in Management and Leadership along with both SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. He stands at the intersection of data-driven HR technology and people-first leadership. His extensive HR experience, combined with his keen interest in AI, positions him uniquely to integrate both technology and human-centered approaches in the workplace. He helps organizations leverage AI's potential while preserving the essential human elements that drive lasting workplace success. 
Mark Decker Mark Decker is an employment law staff attorney with Employers Council, admitted to practice law in Colorado. He has experience assisting clients with hiring, termination, and compensation issues, with particular focus on the Information, Privacy, Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services industries. Mark has a strong interest in the impact of artificial intelligence on employers and has contributed to research and the drafting of AI policy at the Department of Commerce. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver, is CIPP/US certified, and enjoys running, skiing, and video games.
