Curtiss Wright

Curtiss Wright serves as the President of HR Classroom Training & LMS, a role he stepped into after nearly two decades of dedicated leadership within the organization. Since joining HR Classroom in 2007, Mr. Wright has been a primary architect of the company’s evolution, managing nearly every facet of the business and driving significant year-over-year growth.

A visionary in the compliance and educational technology space, Mr. Wright personally spearheaded the development of the proprietary BlueBird LMS and oversaw the strategic expansion of the company’s comprehensive training library. His leadership is defined by a commitment to innovation and a deep understanding of the technical infrastructure required to deliver world-class training at scale.

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Mr. Wright is most passionate about direct client engagement. He has partnered with hundreds of organizations to modernize their learning process, helping them simplify and automate complex training initiatives through tailored implementation strategies.

Prior to his tenure at HR Classroom, Mr. Wright established a strong foundation in sales and high-level management. He holds a degree from Iowa State University and currently resides in Superior, Colorado, with his family. healthy.
