Debi Chernak, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP is the Founder and CEO of HR Cert Prep Pros, Owner and CEO of HRColorado, and Facilitator and Community Ambassador for Level Up HR Denver. A senior Human Resources executive, consultant, educator, and coach, she brings more than 30 years of executive HR leadership experience and more than 20 years helping HR professionals advance their careers.

Debi has served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Intrado, Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Catalyze LLC, Vice President of Human Resources for IntelePeer, and in numerous executive HR leadership and consulting roles. More than 2,500 HR professionals have participated in her HRCI and SHRM certification programs through HR Cert Prep Pros and academic partners, including the University of Denver, Colorado State University, and Regis University.

She has earned eight HRCI and SHRM certifications, served as Adjunct Faculty for the University of Denver, and is passionate about helping HR leaders grow their knowledge, confidence, and impact through learning, connection, and community.
