Session Description

Let's remove toxic culture from today's workplace. The Business Roundtable has declared the 2020 decade the "Culture First Decade." Three fundamental core drivers will be needed to build the culture for the future: Listening, Journeys, Purpose. There are three sub-core drivers as well: Autonomy, New Skills, What is your WHY? 

Leadership must include transparency, embrace diversity, and provide inclusion. It must also include a growth culture that maintains a safe environment, continuous learning and consistent feedback for all employees to build a foundation of trust and success.
