Session Description

If you are not physically fit, you would feel physical stress as you climb a steep hill. Mental fitness (PQ) is defined as your capacity to respond to life's challenges with a positive rather than a negative mindset. The impact of mental fitness is peak performance, peace of mind and wellness, and healthy relationships. The research behind PQ includes results from over 500,000 participants from 50 countries and utilizes elements of positive psychology, neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and performance science.
