Session Description

What we think and how we show up determines how transformational we can be.  As leaders, we are constantly challenged with tough conversations. One area of growth we consistently see in leaders is the ability to talk straight. This session explores what talk straight means, stories to inspire you, and building habits to talk straight confidentially. It's time to leave behind the status quo and the safety of the crowd. This session intends to disrupt your thinking and leave you with a few new things to try on. WARNING: Being a bit more spicy can have positive health effects.  

Bio

Nicole is an accomplished speaker and master certified coach with over 20 years of business experience. Before starting her practice, Bravium HD, she was human resources and organizational development executive with Conagra Brands and Markel Insurance. Her passion? Inspiring Bravery. Her focus? Enabling leaders to stretch into their bravest selves. Nicole is the forthcoming author of "What's the Bravest Thing You Can Do Right Now?" and is leading a butterfly movement.
