personality. She is best known for her historic journey to sing the
Star-Spangled Banner in all 50 states – a mission she embarked on to honor our
brave. Her story is the subject of “National Anthem Girl” a documentary by
Kelly’s Filmworks now streaming on Amazon Prime and Apple TV.

Dr. P Dr. Rick Perea, Ph.D., (Dr. P.) is one of the nation’s most energetic and dynamic practitioners in Performance Psychology. He has been featured on ABC, FOX, NBC, CBS, CNN, and Telemundo. His work as a Motivational Speaker and Executive, Life and Performance Coach is truly unique; equipped with endless energy, passion and knowledge, he has spoken to many of the top performing organizations in the world. Companies like Ultimate Software, Apple, Google, Noodles & CO., Denver Fire Department and other nationally prominent Law and Engineering firms have benefited from his competency and acumen regarding Organizational Performance. In addition, he also works with many of the top NFL, NBA, MLB teams and many High-Profile Division 1 College programs. Dr. Perea was the Performance Psychologist for the World Champion Denver Broncos in 2015/2016, Colorado Rockies and Denver Nuggets; coaching former Nuggets head Coach Mike Malone in communication and leadership skills that enabled him, in part, to lead the team to a 2023 World Championship Season.

Summer Jelinek is a leadership expert, international speaker, and consultant known for transforming organizational chaos into strong, cohesive cultures. As an autistic ADHDer and neurodivergent leader, she offers a unique perspective drawn from over 20 years of leadership experience—including roles at Walt Disney World, Disney Institute, and the Center for Creative Leadership. Based in Dallas-Fort Worth with her family, Summer holds an MBA and a leadership certification from Rollins College, and she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. researching neurodivergence and inclusive leadership in the workplace.
