Session DescriptionThere is no doubt that addiction is protected under the ADA. But what about the up-and-coming wave of issues that fall under the general umbrella of digital addictions? Whether this lies in addictions to social media, smartphone usage, or gaming, many employees are spending more and more time on their devices and less time on work-related issues thus severely impacting productivity in the workplace and relationships at home. Employers who help these employees can see productivity and motivation improve as well as a positive return on investment (ROI) by improving employee productivity.
