Idania Ochoa is a dynamic professional with extensive expertise across nonprofit, government, and private sectors. She has excelled in roles such as Engagement Manager at the Latino Coalition for Community Leadership, where she leads multi-state human resources initiatives, develops key policies, and ensures compliance with various state regulations. Idania's diverse experience spans human resources, financial management, and business administration, including leadership in compensation strategies, recruitment, benefits administration, and training and development. Her ability to adapt across industries is complemented by her entrepreneurial ventures, including owning a travel advisory business and hosting on Airbnb, showcasing her skills in client relations, business strategy, and marketing. As a bilingual leader, Idania is committed to fostering inclusive environments and driving organizational success through collaboration, integrity, and innovation.
