Peer Exchange Kick-Off

Mile High SHRM invites you to the 2026 Kick-Off Session for Small Peer Exchange Groups, including Small HR Groups, Nonprofit, and Government.

This informational session provides an overview of all three peer exchange groups and what participants can expect in 2026. These groups are designed for professionals who value meaningful conversation, shared learning, and practical application in a facilitated, discussion-based environment.

During the session, we will cover:

  • The purpose and goals of each small Peer Exchange Group
  • Session topics and structure for 2026
  • Who should participate in each group
  • Time commitment and expectations for participants
  • How participation supports ongoing professional development and SHRM recertification goals

These groups bring together professionals from similar environments, including HR teams of one or small teams, nonprofit organizations, and local, state, and federal government entities. Participants have the opportunity to connect with peers facing similar challenges and share insights, questions, and best practices.

This session is an excellent opportunity to meet the facilitators, ask questions, and determine which Small Peer Exchange Group is the right fit for your professional development goals in 2026.

We look forward to connecting with you!
